14-day refund

You can request a full refund of Keyblast Pro within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason.

How to request a refund

• Email contact@keyblast.app with the email address used for the purchase (or your order number).
• The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• The refunded license key is deactivated, and Keyblast goes back to the free version.

After 14 days

After this period, purchases are generally no longer refundable. If you have a technical problem we can't solve, please still email contact@keyblast.app: we review every request.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may end upon delivery, with the consent you give at checkout. The 14-day refund guarantee above applies in every case.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: a chargeback results in the key being deactivated.
