Terms of use and license
Last updated: November 2, 2026
By downloading, installing or using Keyblast (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Publisher
The Software is published by Mathieu Vincensini EI (SIRET 881 449 235 00053), 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: contact@keyblast.app.
2. The Software
Keyblast is a soundboard for Windows 10 and 11 that plays sounds in the voice chat of games and apps that let you choose your microphone.
- Free version: every feature, limited to 20 sounds.
- Pro version: unlimited sounds, unlocked by a license key purchased once.
For other people to hear the sounds, the Software relies on a third-party virtual audio cable (for example VB-Audio Cable), which is subject to its own terms.
3. Buying the Pro version
Purchases are made from Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA, the official reseller of the Software. Payment, invoicing and taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms. The price shown at checkout prevails.
It is a one-time payment, with no subscription. The license key is emailed to you immediately after payment.
4. License
The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. A Pro key can be activated on up to 3 computers; you can deactivate it on one computer to activate it on another.
- You may not resell, share or publish your license key.
- You may not modify, decompile or circumvent the Software's licensing system, except where permitted by law.
- A key may be deactivated in case of refund, chargeback or fraudulent use.
The Pro license has no time limit and includes Software updates for as long as the publisher maintains it.
5. Use in games
Keyblast injects nothing into games and does not read their memory: it behaves like a microphone. You remain solely responsible for following the rules of the games, servers and platforms you use. The publisher cannot be held liable for any sanction (mute, kick, ban) decided by a third party.
You are responsible for the sounds you import and play, including with regard to copyright and respect for other players.
6. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided as is. The publisher does its best to make it work properly, without guaranteeing that it is compatible with every game, hardware or setup, or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro version. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact contact@keyblast.app first: we always look for an amicable solution. Otherwise, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge or bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence.
