Set up Keyblast for Discord

Install Keyblast and VB-Audio Cable
Download Keyblast, then install VB-Audio Cable (free), the virtual audio cable that carries the sounds to the game.

Set the output in Keyblast
In Keyblast, choose "CABLE Input" as the output to the game and turn on mic mixing so your voice goes through too.

Pick the microphone in Discord
In Discord, open User Settings → Voice & Video and choose "CABLE Output" as the input device.

Set your push-to-talk
In Keyblast, use the same push-to-talk key as in Discord: Keyblast holds it down while the sound plays.
